I used the triage process in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. You can't get much better than that. Everybody I came in contact with (i.e. the junior doctor and then the receptionist) were incredibly friendly and helpful and I left feeling that it had been a very good experience.

Didn't see reception. Staff very helpful today. Great advice etc.
No problem with the whole process. Treated efficiently and with curtesy.
I was in desperate need of help with an ongoing problem I didn't want to go to the extreme of a+e and clog the hospital up more than it already is if not needed as im aware people are getting sent to a+e unnecessarily , I wanted to speak to a doctor at least first, all I got was a text message back with no further way of accessing help from the GP as i needed help that day not a few days down the line after a sample had been done, ive ended up being admitted to hospital 24 hours after trying to access help from the GP, this is an ongoing problem that north brink know about and all I got back was a text message with no way of responding
